Tuscan Mix an awesome marinade for Salmon

Tuscan mix is an awesome marinade for all kind of fishes.It  is rich, delicate and wonderful mix made with  chopped garlic, basil, roasted tomatoes, capers, and chopped olives. 
If you are eating fish since long and have not tried this Tuscan mixing or if you are worried about strong smell of fish, it helps you liking fish and you should do it. Let's say you bought  a six ounces of salmon and not sure what marinade to use in it, go Tuscan mix. You can marinade with salmon for twenty minutes then baked it or you can  grill it, either you can put it on ceder planks.

Once I had was in few month back  with salmon, I didn't have time to keep in marinade,but I just put on top of salmon and baked it for 375 heat in the oven between twelve to fifteen minutes. It was fantastic, amazing flavor, smell and taste was perfect then I am keep cooking fish with Tuscan mix. I would say just try it, you love it.

What types of Dumpling do I like?

Dumpling simply means for me is stuffed food. There are several types of Dumpling. I have seen the Chinese and Japanese are different than Tibetan one . 

Chinese and Japanese Dumpling looks like less spicy and more oily. They just put soy sauce on the mix. Mix is that ingredient to put in the wrapper or to stuffed with. It could be simply vegetable or meat with vegetable or chicken with vegetable.

I found that Tibetan dumplings are most spicy and close to Indian spicy.They  put coriander powder,cumin powder,fresh cilantro, scallion, onion, cabbage, salt, pepper, and oil for mixing. They would prefer thicker wrapper than thinner one because it may break apart while stuffing. They also make very thick spicy souse for dumpling as dips by tomatoes, fresh chili, salt, cilantro. Also serve some light soup with it.

I would prefer these dumpling in winter season, it gives you warm feeling and protect from cold.One more thing that places close to Tibet they callled it momo too. And its popular dishes of Nepal as well. Well now what type of dumpling do you like ? up to you but I still like all of them. My opinion is food should taste good.

Tilapia with Garlic Butter

Have you ever cooked Tilapia fish ? If not, no worries. I am going to explain here,how to do it. First off all you need following ingredient to prepare.

  1. Two pieces of fresh Tilapia between five to six onces from Legal seafood either whole food
  2. Two table spoon garlic butter. 
  3. Fresh crushed ginger.
  4. Little bit of lemon zest.
  5. Salt and paper.
  6. Fresh cilantro
  7. Garlic
Put your two pieces of fresh tilapia on the plate then pour  1 tea  spoon of fresh crushed  ginger,some black paper, little salt,some lemon zest and one tea spoon of crushed garlic.Then mix and let it  marinade. Put your cilantro aside until tilapia is done.

Now heat your pan in medium heat. Put two spoon of garlic butter in the pan. Let it met completely until it gives a delicate smell. Then put your two pieces of tilapia gently on the pan and let it cook two to three minutes each side.Let it to be done crispy. The color of tilapia should come brown and crispy looking. Let it  cook accordingly. When it cooked well then pour that chopped cilantro.

I would make ready a glass of white to serve with and some French fries and shouted  vegetable. And garlic bread It will be perfect combination.
